Workshop Details 2007
Welcome to the Stagazey Quilts workshops pages.
You may know me for my bright fabrics, my Stargazey 'crooked'
patterns, or my books; Cut Loose, Reverse
Applique with no Brakez and Free & Eazy
Circles. Of the workshops
listed here, many continue on exploring and expounding on these
now familiar yet deliciously different techniques.
Other classes will be new to you.
In my studio classes of late I've enjoyed making use of my art,
design and textile skills in a different way. I would now like
to introduce these classes to the wider world. For some the delight
of these new offerings will be in making something smaller
than a quilt. For others it will be in using other fibres, new
or forgotten. For many the joy is in learning other techniques
that can be adapted to quilts if chosen. The rest will enjoy the
non threatening approach to working out their design style.
Helping students find their creative voice is paramount but all
my classes remain relaxing and fun. With lots of individual attention
everyone is guaranteed to learn something new.
There is a lot to explore so sit, relax, and prepare to be excited.
