The challenge was set - bright flannels please - and I answered with
all the fun I had up my sleeve. Circus Trickz is a happy parade of
theme, of fashion and of fun filled favorites.
Headlining is the multiple circle print. Here we see the bright show
lights echoing around the big top. It also introduces a retro look
that is doing trendy time again. I can't wait to springboard this
into some of my quilts.
Starz always shine brightly in the ring, can we ever have enough of
these great to use favorites? Here their pointy bits balance high
on the trapeze with the aforementioned circles - a perfect partnership.
Next I have given you some stylised flags, stretching around the big
top to advertise that the show is about to start.
Also some waving wind blown banners to stir up the action. These both
combine and calm the show stoppers.
A set of wild wayward plaids combines colours also. Are these Clown
pants perhaps?
Finally the little spots are my resting print, my interval. Gentle
pin points of light and colour to show up the preceding show-off prints.
